A. Yes, Dr. Alan Martinez is very professional, and has a great track record

“Do I need a passport?”
A. Yes, Mexican immigration requires it, especially if you cross as a pedestrian. Driving across, they do not ask for it.

“Can I come alone?”
A. Yes, many patients come unaccompanied. We will help you the whole time, and you will be in contact with us daily.

“How long do I need to stay?”
A. Depending on the procedures, and the coordinator will help you plan. For all on 4, generally in 5-6 working days.

“What if I’m nervous about the border?”
A. We can arrange for someone to pick you up and drive you across. We will also give you clear instructions. We have been helping patients cross daily for many years.
Hotel Recommendations for a Smooth Visit
To make your visit as comfortable and convenient as possible, we recommend staying at one of our suggested hotels near the clinic. The coordinator can send you a list, with varying prices and comfort levels.
Many online booking sites may describe a hotel as “10 minutes away from our clinic,” but in reality, travel times in Tijuana can vary significantly due to traffic and location. Some hotels that appear close online can be 30–45 minutes away from the clinic.

Patients typically book their own accommodations directly through the hotel or their preferred booking platform. Once your treatment dates are confirmed, we will provide a list of recommended hotels located in safe, convenient areas near the clinic.
